Imperial Metal Company started out in a 1,500 square foot building in Imperial, MO and focused primarily on fabricating architectural products.
Imperial Metal Company moved to a 5,000 square foot building in the industrial district of Valley Park, MO.
1978
1980
Imperial Metal Company remained in Valley Park, MO and relocated to a larger 12,000 square foot building.
Imperial Metal Company relocated to its current location in Fenton, MO. Original building constructed was 12,000 square feet on three acres.
1988
1995
A separate independent 12,000 square foot structural steel shop was added to the facility due to the increased volume of structural work.
We experienced a large growth which included additions to our shop and office space at current facility which now sits at 33,000 square feet under roof on six acres.

We earned our Building Fabricator certification from the American Institute of Steel Construction.
Celebrating our 40th year in business and third generation of family ownership and management.
